In some cases, yes – you can bring your own (BYO) website. The most common reasons for businesses switching over to us is when the previous developers turned things around too slowly, were not responsive or charged by the hour for every change.

To ensure the best experience for you, here’s our key criteria:

  • Your existing store is built on BigCommerce or Shopify
  • Your store is built to (or can be reasonably upgraded to) an acceptable level of quality
  • You are willing to commit to an initial 6 month agreement with the first 3 months on the Enterprise Care Plan. This allows us to get your website up to scratch and to work through your backlog of tasks / wishlist. For your peace of mind, every month is backed by our Money Back Guarantee – so in the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with our work, we’ll refund your monthly fee and you’ll be free to end our agreement with nothing more to pay.   • You accept that as your website was built by another company, we will work within the constraints of the existing website. This means that some changes may not be possible due to the way the website was built or may require additional service charges to achieve.
